Located on the South West peninsula, in beautiful North Devon, Woodward Smith Chartered Architects are an Architectural Practice that also offers Party wall surveyor services together with specialist energy advice including EPCs and DECs.

Our full Architectural service includes:

• Contract administration

We use the latest 3D CAD and visualisation software to help communicate our architectural schemes to clients and planning authorities.

The practice is design led and in addition to cutting edge contemporary design and eco-solutions can produce sensitive designs suitable for areas of special landscape or conservation value.

The practice has provided design advice to the Ideal Home Exhibitions in Earls Court, producing the Dream House for the 2008 show. The practice is also committed to eco-design providing practical and effective solutions for the integration of the latest eco-technology for the environmentally conscious consumer / client.

Working with BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Home (CSH) Assessors the practice is currently working on major schemes seeking to achieve Code Level 3 and Code Level 5 CSH ratings. The practice was proud to be involved with the demonstration Eco-House erected at the NEC for Interbuild 08.
